Inspired by the story of the Thai boys who used meditation to help them survive being trapped in an underwater cave for 12 days. Their Buddhist soccer coach led them in meditation to manage fear and conserve energy. From the movie 13 Lives- it stayed present with me a long time. Beautiful underwater cinematography and a compelling account of the strength of the mind.
